Shipping Policy
We are a US based company that ships out of the US, using the most efficient service through USPS or UPS.
We ship to:
- The US and Canada (duty free)
- UAE – duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Our shipping policy is subject to revision based on cost and economic conditions.
US Customers
- US customers will receive free ground shipping WITHOUT tracking on orders greater than $150 US
- Orders less than $150 US will automatically ship through ground service depending on weight and destination/customer’s address WITHOUT tracking.
- Expedited 3-day shipping is available to US customers for $30 US
Canadian Customers
- Canada customers will receive free ground shipping with tracking on orders greater than $150 US
- Orders less than $150 US will be charged a flat rate of $15 for ground shipping with tracking
- Expedited 1–3-day shipping is available to Canadian customers for $30 US
UAE Customers
- $50 international shipping WITHOUT tracking to UAE (current shipping times to UAE, is 10-15 days).
- $70-$80 international shipping with tracking to UAE, (current shipping times to UAE, is 8-12 days).
COVID-19 DELAYS:
- Within the USA and Canada postal delays are upward of two weeks to certain areas. Rest assured we will honor any returns that fall outside our 45 days return window due to postal delays.
- International regular post takes from 15-65 days.
PROCESSING TIME
Properly placed orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. In busier times it can take up to 4 days to process an order, but we will communicate any delays.
